The GLOCK 20 is a semi-automatic pistol in caliber 10 mm Auto. Its use in armies and police forces is less common compared to other GLOCK models, as the powerful caliber 10 mm Auto has a relatively high recoil, making precise shots quite difficult.
The most common applications of the weapon are sport shooting and use in hunting for the finishing shot. The weapon
is used by a few police forces and armies, as the recoil of the 10 mm caliber was deemed too strong (see article on caliber 10 mm Auto). The Glock 20 has a magazine capacity of 15 rounds and weighs 785 g (without magazine) or 1010 g (with a full magazine). The empty magazine weighs 75 g and fully loaded about 325 g.
