AKILA ACSRx-PRS is suitable for Blaser’s bolt action rifle R8 UltimateX 10 round magazines and all versions of Blaser’s bolts and barrels suitable for R8. Left-handed and right-handed versions.
It was developed for competition shooters, it is no longer a crossover it’s a 100% competition rifle with a straight pull bolt and a 10 rounds magazine. The ACSRx-PRS is machined from folding unit to the foreend from a single 7075 T6 aluminium billet, to maximise rigidity, provide better weight balance and to fully open the precision potential carried out with the ultimate rigidity of the whole rifle system, the full length ARCA rail will allow easy accessories mounting and quick safe positioning of the rifle with the baricade stop at the magazine well.
AKILA ACSRx-PRS edition is a drop in upgrade chassis, this means that you would require the following parts to complete the rifle: barrel, bolt with bolt head and Blaser’s UltimateX magazine suitable for specific caliber.
Two stage sear block allows you to adjust the trigger’s pullweight in the range 400—1200 grams the trigger shoe is integrated in the trigger guard.
The fittings (grip, cheek piece, buttstock side panels) are optionally made of walnut wood, polymer (synthetic) or composites (carbon).
Full length ARCA foreend features MLOK on 6 sides as well as ARCA rail on the 6 o’clock and features QD sling swivel sockets at the very front, at 3 and 9 o’clock.
Both AKILA buttstocks are machined from 7075 T651 aluminium with black hard coat anodized finish and features QD sling swivels sockets on both sides. Both buttstocks feature adjustable ergonomics. The cheek rest height, the length of pull, recoil pad height can be adjusted. Besides that Buttstock M features an integrated quick deployable and fine adjustable monopod while buttstock Lite has one MLOK™ slot to mount a monopod or a custom bag rider. The buttstock mounting point of the chassis as well as the folding unit are compatible with AR-15 receiver extensions and AR type buttstocks.
The Buttstock is set to fold to the right chassis side, covering the bolt grip.
