A hunting practice without a vehicle is unthinkable for most hunters. Often, a longer distance must be covered just to reach the hunting area and then return home. For this reason, one relies on the "motorized four wheels." But the car is not only useful as a means of transport to the hunting area. It is also often needed for trips through the hunting area and for the retrieval process of hunted game. Afterwards, the game is usually transported by car as well.
Wild carriers greatly assist this transport - especially in combination with a game tray, pieces can be transported more securely (in terms of load securing) and hygienically with their help, and the interior of the car can be protected from sweat and dirt. Wild carriers also increase the loading area of the vehicle and can therefore help counteract space shortages.
Most wild carriers are designed to be attached to the vehicle's tow hitch, and the game is loaded into game trays. Usually, the tray along with its contents is secured to the wild carrier with simple straps, ensuring safe, loss-free transport.
Wild carriers are available in various shapes and sizes. They all facilitate the transport of game and are thus an important part of the equipment.
