The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The OS platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from contractual obligations resulting from online purchase contracts.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
