The .416 Rigby is a rifle cartridge that was developed in 1911 by the London gun manufacturer John Rigby & Company for hunting hard and dangerous game. The metric dimensions of the large caliber are 10.54 x 73 mm. 

In its now over 100-year history, the cartridge has been especially popular among elephant hunters.
