Under the brand name DIANA, DIANA Mayer & Grammelspacher GmbH & Co. KG has been producing compressed air and small caliber weapons since 1890. The weapons are "made in Germany" and are manufactured in Rastatt, Baden-Württemberg.
DIANA became known primarily through the model 60 developed in 1960, which is considered the first recoil and bounce-free air rifle. The basis for this achievement is the double piston principle developed by DIANA.
Another historical DIANA model is the Model 54 Airking. This is the only bounce-free long-range springer. Especially the long-range springers and the spring-piston pistols of the DIANA brand are currently very popular worldwide.
