Paragraph 1: General conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you conclude with us as a provider via the Gunfinder Internet platform.

Paragraph 2: Prices
The prices of our products are stated in euros and include all taxes, excluding delivery and handling charges for shipping.
All sales are payable in euros, regardless of where the order is placed.

(2.1): Discount promotions
Some of our products are discounted for a limited period of time.
Products will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of order, subject to availability.
We also reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price and availability of the products may therefore be subject to change.

Clause 3: Order
We undertake to accept your order in accordance with the general terms and conditions which you undertake to comply with when confirming your Gunfinder order.

Clause 4: Order confirmation
Each order confirmation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions by the buyer.
The transaction data stored by us constitutes proof of all transactions carried out with the customer.
The information recorded at the time of payment constitutes proof of all financial transactions.

Paragraph 5: Availability
The product offers and prices are valid while stocks last.
If a product is no longer available after your order has been confirmed, you will be informed either by e-mail or by telephone.
You will then have the option of canceling or exchanging your order.
In case of total unavailability, the order will be canceled and the refund will be made within 7 days to the means of payment used by the buyer.
In case of partial delivery of your order, our customer service will contact you to make an agreement on a possible exchange, a refund
or a deadline for receipt of the goods.

Clause 6: Delivery
The delivery time includes the time taken to prepare the order and the time taken to dispatch it.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will only be processed once it has been received.
Consequently, the deadlines apply from the day of receipt and may therefore differ from the deadlines communicated when the order was confirmed.
Items are delivered by post to the delivery address you provided when placing your order.

Paragraph 7: Shipping costs
The shipping costs include a share of the preparation and packaging costs as well as the postage costs.

(7.1): For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 10.00 euros per order of items not subject to EWB and 30.00 euros per order of items subject to EWB.

(7.2): For delivery outside Germany, but within the EU, we charge a flat rate of 20.00 euros per order of items not subject to the EWB and 50.00 euros per order of items subject to the EWB.

Paragraph 8: Payment
We offer various payment options: Card, bank transfer, cash payment.
Payment details are not stored by us in order to prevent misuse and to secure your payments when making purchases on the website.

(8.1): We accept the following credit cards on site: Visa, Mastercard and American Express (Amex).

(8.2): We accept bank and postal transfers.
You will be provided with our full bank details upon order confirmation.

(8.3): We accept cash payment on site in euros, provided that the legal limit is observed.

Clause 9: Retention of title
The products remain our property until full payment has been received.
This provision does not override the liability clause below from the time the order is transferred to the customer.
We are not liable for loss or damage from the time the order has left our premises.

Clause 10: Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of disruption.
This includes full or partial strikes of postal services, means of transportation and/or communication, force majeure, floods, fire, which may prevent delivery of the order or destroy the order.

Clause 11: Intellectual property
The elements presented on Gunfinder are and remain our exclusive property.
It is forbidden to reproduce, exploit, redistribute or use in any way whatsoever these elements, even partially.
Any link, whether simple or hypertext, is strictly forbidden without our express written consent.

Clause 12: Return of goods
The buyer benefits from a 14-day withdrawal period from the day of delivery of your order, as required by law.
The buyer can return the order to the seller for exchange or refund without having to pay extra.
Only the costs of the return shipment are at your expense.
The refund will be made within 7 days, provided that the package has been properly received and is not damaged.

Paragraph 13: Data storage
All data that we obtain from you, e.g. EWB, proof of age, name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, will be collected by us in accordance with the EU GDPR and will only be used in a permissible manner.

Section 14: Warranty and guarantee conditions
The statutory warranty rights apply.
The currently valid statutory warranty is 24 months.
Please keep all receipts - warranty certificate, invoice - carefully, as they are a valuable aid for warranty claims.
