The 1x magnification provides a perfect overview of the shooting field, while the 6x magnification allows for safe shots even at medium distances. With the variable magnification, quickly addressing various distances is particularly easy.
The reticle is in the first focal plane, which allows for easy correction of the point of aim - furthermore, the proportions of the game remain the same with increasing magnification. The illuminated dot is especially helpful in difficult lighting conditions, as well as during hunting at bait sites, where a quick and safe shot must be ensured. The RD illuminated reticle can be adjusted via a rotary knob with seven brightness levels. The levels range from very dim to daylight illumination. The intermediate levels after each brightness level turn off the illumination with a quick motion. This conserves the battery, but the selected brightness level can be quickly and safely reset.
