Scopes are often more expensive than the rifle they are mounted on. There is a good reason for this, because most guns shoot straight out and achieve passable shooting results. The glass, however, determines how much of the shooter's skill actually reaches the gun. High, sharp magnification allows relatively distant pieces of game to be taken into the glass. A high light transmission of 90% or more, however, can make or break those all-important minutes that you can sit longer thanks to the optic. There is no upper limit to the price of riflescopes.
For beginners, young hunters or hunters who do not go weekly to the hunting ground, it can sometimes be important to equip with a cheap Einstiegtsoptik.
We have done some research and compiled a list of affordable hunting optics. Premise: They must not cost more than 1,000 euros.

Sig Sauer Sierra 3BDX 4,5-14x50
The Sierra 3BDX 4.5-14x50 riflescope from Sig Sauer pairs with the BDX Range-Finder rangefinder via Bluetooth. In the interaction of the riflescope, the rangefinder and the "Ballistic Data Exchange" technology from SIG Sauer, the corrected breakpoint is displayed on the reticle. This means that at long range, the red dot in the reticle is corrected downward according to the distance. Especially in difficult terrain and at long ranges, this combination unfolds its full potential. With Sig Sauer's glass, estimating distances and staying on top of things are a thing of the past. The innovative product is already available for an MSRP of 950 euros.
