The semi-automatic CR 223 from Haenel is the civilian version of the assault rifle MK556, which will replace the G36 as the standard weapon in the Bundeswehr. The gas-operated CR 223 impresses both authorities and sport shooters alike with its precision, light weight, and modularity.
