Storage of SRS weapons

Gunfinder Magazine

SRS weapons, such as the small arms license, have gained popularity in recent years due to the changing sense of security among the population. Often unclear, however, is the question of how the weapons and associated ammunition must be stored.

Compressed air, spring-loaded or CO2 weapons with an F mark or alarm, gas and signal weapons with a PTB mark, as well as cutting and impact weapons, must be secured against removal by unauthorized persons. However, it is sufficient to keep them in a closed container.

We recommend a lockable cabinet.

The ammunition for the weapons must be locked and stored separately from the weapons. However, bullets from compressed air, CO2 or spring-loaded weapons are not ammunition in the sense of the Weapons Act.
