Loan certificate for the lending of weapons

If you want to borrow a firearm or ammunition that requires a permit, you must first have an acquisition permit, for example a hunting license and a hunting license.

When borrowing, the temporary transfer of a firearm and / or ammunition subject to licensing in accordance with § 38 para 1 No. 1 e (WaffG) is in addition to this acquisition authorization to carry the identity card and loan certificate, which shows the name of the lender, the borrower entitled to temporary possession and the date. Attention! Thevalidity of the loan certificate is limited to one month. The date of issue is written on the loan certificate.

Notification of the purchase of firearms

Purchasers of firearms requiring a permit must report them in writing to their local firearms authority. The notification period is fourteen days. In addition to the purchase contract, the form " Notification of the acquisition of firearms " must be submitted. Here you can find a suitable form for the form.

Notification for the transfer of firearms

Anyone who permanently leaves a firearm requiring a permit to another person must have the firearm removed from the firearm ownership card. For this purpose, it is necessary to notify the transfer in writing. Here you can find a template for the transfer notification.
